Barber Dime Mintage

The Barber Dime, produced from 1892-1916, was minted at 4 U.S. Mints including Philadelphia, New Orleans, Denver and San Francisco. Designed by Charles Barber the 10 cent coin was composed of 90% silver and 10% copper, weighed 2.5 grams and was 17.9 mm in diameter with a reeded edge. Mintmarks appear directly beneath the Wreath on the Reverse...note there is no mintmark for coins minted in Philadelphia.

Barber Dimes are great collector coins, readily available and relatively inexpensive to collect in circulated condition.
